  • Prospera Place in Kelowna, BC (1223 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9V1)
  • A variety of local Food Trucks will be available on festival grounds in addition to the concession. The festival grounds are also a close walk to many great local restaurants.
  • No, there will be in-and-out privileges while the festival grounds are open. The parking lot will be cleared at the end of each night with no overnight camping on the premises.
  • Limited Event parking will be available on the south side of the building.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted.
  • No, RV parking is not available on site for this event.
  • We encourage patrons to use alternative methods of transportation to get to the event. However, bicycles will not be permitted inside the gates. Patrons will need to utilize the surrounding area to secure their bicycles before entering.

 

  • The event will take place rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions.
  • Umbrellas are permitted if they are not oversized (golf, beach, etc.)

FAQ

Tickets

  • Patrons who have not received their festival tickets via mail prior to the festival can visit the Box Office at Prospera Place to pick up their will call tickets.
  • Early wrist-banding will be available and is highly recommended. Please check back for more information regarding dates and times.
  • Yes, your wristband will be affixed by festival staff and must remain on for the duration of the event.
  • Children 12 and under are free to attend the festival, and they ARE required to wear a wristband. Children must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket, and they will receive a wristband for each day they attend.

 

Accessibility

Rock The Lake welcomes the opportunity to serve all our guests. We are committed to the enjoyment of every guest at our venue and our staff is available to help patrons as needed.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Parking spaces for patrons with mobility/accessibility impairments are located at the Prospera Place South parking lot.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Rock The Lake has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities. One attendant ticket may be sold with each accessible ticket, and a seat will be provided for the guest’s attendant/assistant based on availability. Guests can contact the Select Your Tickets box office at 250-763-9095 for information regarding the availability of accessible seating. Please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation when purchasing your ticket.
ENTRANCE
The entrance to Rock The Lake is accessible through the main gates.
FACILITIES & WASHROOMS
There are designated accessible washrooms located throughout the festival including the building.
GUEST SERVICES
The Guest Services is located at the main gate and can provide seating assistance for guests with disabilities and accessibility restrictions.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service Animals are welcome at Rock The Lake. Any questions regarding accessibility at Ambleside Music Festival can be directed to the Guest Services department at 250-763-9095.

Rules & CONDITIONS

  • No weapons and fireworks allowed.
  • All patrons are subject to being searched as a condition of entry.
  • Festival runs rain or shine – Tickets are non-refundable.
  • The festival venue is a 100% strictly non-smoking venue.
  • No outside food & beverage allowed, onsite concessions and bars are available.
  • Glass bottles/metal cans will not be permitted. Empty plastic/metal water bottles will be allowed.
  • Rock The Lake reserves the right to refuse admittance or to evict anyone who creates a disturbance, causes a nuisance or breaks any of the above Rules & Regulations without refund of admission.
  • Professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
  • Umbrellas are permitted with the following exceptions; no oversized/golf/beach umbrellas will be permitted.
  • Entire site is licensed.
  • No animals permitted. Exceptions include guide, service and/or signal dogs to persons with disabilities.
  • Children 12 and under are free but must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
  • Seating is not provided for this event AND not available to rent so patrons must bring their own.
  • Lewd conduct, of any kind, will not be tolerated and if in violation patrons will be removed from the festival site.
  • Tickets are for Rock The Lake, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund
  • Any illegal drugs subject to an exemption granted under s. 56(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for adults in possession of such illegal drugs under prescribed amounts for personal use. Despite the exemption, these drugs remain illegal substances and possession of any amount of such drugs on a person is strictly prohibited under the above policy.
