General Info

  • If you are unable to make the new dates, we completely understand. You will have until May 15th, 2024 to contact the Select Your Tickets box office via phone at 250-762-5050 or email info@selectyourtickets.com, for a refund if needed.
  • Prospera Place in Kelowna, BC (1223 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9V1)
  • A variety of local Food Trucks will be available on festival grounds in addition to the concession. The festival grounds are also a close walk to many great local restaurants.

Yes, there will be in-and-out privileges while the festival grounds are open. The parking lot will be cleared at the end of each night. No overnight camping or parkingis allowed on the premises.

  • Very limited event parking will be available on the south side of the building.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted.
  • We recommend carpooling, biking, taking public transit, or arranging rides in advance.
  • No, RV parking is not available on site for this event.
  • We encourage patrons to use alternative methods of transportation to get to the event. However, bicycles will not be permitted inside the gates of the festival. There are various locations in the area surrounding the festival for patrons to secure their bicycles.
  • The event will take place rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions.
  • Umbrellas are permitted if they are not oversized (golf, beach, etc.)

FAQ

Tickets

  • Patrons who have not received their festival tickets via mail prior to the festival can visit the Box Office at Prospera Place to pick up their will call tickets.
  • Early wrist-banding will be available and is highly recommended. Please check back for more information regarding dates and times.
  • Yes, your wristband will be affixed by festival staff and must remain on for the duration of the event.
  • Children 12 and under are free to attend the festival, and they ARE required to wear a wristband. Children must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket, and they will receive a wristband for each day they attend.

  • Food and drinks are still included in your VIP weekend passes, however rather than catering, your pass included a pre-loaded $100 Festival FUNds for you to use as you wish on food, drinks, or festival merch across the festival grounds. This means you have more freedom to roam around, plus get exactly what you want over the weekend! There will be VIP food offerings within the VIP area, but the gift card can be used at all food and drink outlets across the site.
  • Festival FUNds can only be used at Rock The Lake 2024 and will not be able to be used at Prospera Place outside of July 12-14, 2024.
  • Festival FUNds will be issued to those guests that purchase either weekend or single day VIP passes ONLY. Your FUNds ($100 for the weekend pass holders and $30 for the single day) will be valid at all points of sale in every bar, merchandise stand or VIP food truck available. You can NOT use Festival FUNds at GA food trucks. Use as you wish when you wish! But please remember – FUNds are only valid on the day(s) you have access to the grounds. If you make it to Sunday (or sun down for those single day guests) and still have an amount to use, start buying rounds for your new found festival friends!
  1. Festival FUNds will ONLY be issued to those guests who purchase either Weekend or Single Day VIP passes. Weekend Pass VIP holders will receive $100 in Festival FUNds, and Single Day VIP pass holders will receive $30 in Festival FUNds
  2. Festival FUNds will be issued to VIP pass holders when their ticket is scanned at the gate.  VIP pass holders will be asked to sign an acknowledgement that they have received their Festival FUNds.
  3. Festival FUNds will be valid at all points of sale in every bar, merchandise stand, and food truck available at RTL 2024. Use as you wish, when you wish!
  4. IMPORTANT TERMS AND REMINDERS:

1.      Festival FUNds are only valid on the day(s) you have access to the RTL 2024 grounds. If you make it to Sunday (or sundown for those single day VIP guests) and still have an amount to use, buy yourself some swag to remember this epic weekend!

2.      Festival FUNds are only valid for onsite purchases at RTL 2024.   Festival FUNds will not be transferrable to future events or other locations or venues.

3.      Festival FUNds are not redeemable for cash and are not transferrable.  The value of the Festival FUNds is included as part of the ticket price.

4.      Returns for Festival FUNds purchases will be credited back to the original purchasing card only.

5.      Please keep track of your Festival FUNds card, card holders will not be reimbursed for lost cards. 

6.      Festival FUNds Cards are issued specifically for RTL 2024, and the event’s related goods and services, so Festival FUNds Cards expire at the end of the festival date for which tickets were purchased.  No fees are charged in relation to Festival FUNds Cards.  Card holders can check the balance by visiting the QR code on the back of the card.

7.      RTL may change the terms and conditions of the Festival FUNds at any time without notice.

  • VIP entry is marked with signage from both Cawston Avenue and the south parking lot at Prospera Place.

Accessibility

Rock The Lake welcomes the opportunity to serve all our guests. We are committed to the enjoyment of every guest at our venue and our staff is available to help patrons as needed.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Parking spaces for patrons with mobility/accessibility impairments are located at the Prospera Place South parking lot.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Rock The Lake has dedicated accessible seating areas available for guests with disabilities. One attendant ticket may be sold with each accessible ticket, and a seat will be provided for the guest’s attendant/assistant based on availability. Guests can contact the Select Your Tickets box office at 250-763-9095 for information regarding the availability of accessible seating. Please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation when purchasing your ticket.
ENTRANCE
The entrance to Rock The Lake is accessible through the main gates.
FACILITIES & WASHROOMS
There are designated accessible washrooms located throughout the festival including the building.
GUEST SERVICES
The Guest Services is located at the main gate and can provide seating assistance for guests with disabilities and accessibility restrictions.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service Animals are welcome at Rock The Lake. Any questions regarding accessibility at Ambleside Music Festival can be directed to the Guest Services department at 250-763-9095.

FAQ

Rules & CONDITIONS

  • No weapons and fireworks allowed.
  • All patrons are subject to being searched as a condition of entry.
  • Festival runs rain or shine – Tickets are non-refundable.
  • The festival venue and grounds follow a 100% strictly non-smoking policy.
  • No outside food & beverage allowed, onsite concessions and bars are available.
  • Glass bottles/metal cans will not be permitted. Empty plastic/metal water bottles will be allowed.
  • Rock The Lake reserves the right to refuse admittance or to evict anyone who creates a disturbance, causes a nuisance or breaks any of the above Rules & Regulations without refund of admission.
  • Professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
  • Umbrellas are permitted with the following exceptions; no oversized/golf/beach umbrellas will be permitted.
  • Entire site is licensed.
  • No animals permitted. Exceptions include guide, service and/or signal dogs to persons with disabilities.
  • Children 12 and under are free but must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
  • Seating is not provided for this event AND not available to rent so patrons must bring their own.
  • Lewd conduct, of any kind, will not be tolerated and if in violation patrons will be removed from the festival site.
  • Tickets are for Rock The Lake, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund
  • Any illegal drugs subject to an exemption granted under s. 56(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act for adults in possession of such illegal drugs under prescribed amounts for personal use. Despite the exemption, these drugs remain illegal substances and possession of any amount of such drugs on a person is strictly prohibited under the above policy.
