Vendor Guidelines

• Audience: Rock The Lake averages about 5000 patrons a day in a mixed indoor and outdoor space at Prospera Place.
• Vendor space: Confirmed vendors will receive an indoor 10×10 ft spot for signage and tables (brought in by vendors).
• Power: Power must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed if not requested upon confirmation. There is a small fee for power to be run to your stall.
• Cost: The $500 fee is due after confirmation and by June 30th, 2025. Only 5-10 vendor spots are available to ensure value for vendors.
• Access: Vendors receive 2 x staff weekend working passes. Details around load in, load out, and the working pass code of conduct will be sent to confirmed vendors prior to the festival. The festival runs July 11-13, 2025, from the afternoon to the evening. Exact times are TBC.
• Vendor Restrictions: Due to exclusive partnerships, vendors cannot sell food, beverage, or clothing merchandise.
  • Candle, Health, and Beauty Vendors: Your business must have all the necessary approvals from Health Canada and maintain current insurance coverage.
