Rock The Lake launched in 2016 as a classic rock weekend beside Prospera Place, based on the simple idea of bringing big-time rock energy to the heart of downtown Kelowna. Since then, it has grown into a true Okanagan summer tradition, celebrating legendary performers, emerging talent, and the incredible local artists and partners who help shape the festival each year.

What began as a classic rock gathering has evolved into “rock for all,” welcoming fans from different generations to enjoy live music, community, and the unmistakable Kelowna summer vibes. Today, Rock The Lake is more than just a festival; it’s a weekend that rock music fans look forward to all year.
